Change your slot free of charge up to 6 hours before start time, subject to same-venue availability.
Online advance is used to hold your room. Late cancels may convert to a 30-day credit at discretion.
Custom cakes confirmed under 12 hours before the slot can’t be refunded once prep has started.
Non-perishable decor can usually move with a reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable.

If your slot starts at 7:00 PM, free reschedule is available until 1:00 PM the same day — as long as another slot is free.
